John V. Cox, DO, MBA, FACP, FASCO, is a medical oncologist and Professor at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Cox is the former Medical Director of Oncology Services at Parkland Health and Hospital System, a safety net hospital in Dallas. Prior to joining Parkland, Dr. Cox was in private practice in Dallas for more than 25 years with Texas Oncology, PA. His clinical research is focused on gastrointestinal cancers.
